Terms of Service — StreamTeamHub

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using StreamTeamHub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

StreamTeamHub provides a platform to organise Twitch stream teams: shared schedules, team pages, and a branding kit. The service is provided "as is".

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use this service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Upload or share content that is hateful, abusive, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service
Scrape or harvest data from the service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

StreamTeamHub offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

StreamTeamHub and its content (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by StreamTeamHub. You retain ownership of content you upload (profile backgrounds, team branding). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamTeamHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (EU). Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
